01What do we collect?

Like most other websites, we use HubSpot and Google Analytics to collect user information.

02How is data being collected?

We collect data through cookies and through the forms you submit.

We automatically collect some information about your visit: your IP address, browser type, domain name, internet service provider, the files you view on our site, your operating system, access times and referring website addresses. We use this information for general statistics.

For these purposes, we do link this data to other personal information, such as name, email address, address and phone number.

We use cookies to understand when, and how many times, you stop by our website. We also keep any information you submit in our secure CRM, where our sales representatives can use it to bring relevant offers to you and to provide any information you request. For instance, to answer a technical question, we might have one of our experts look at the data.

03What type of data is being collected?

• Time of visit, pages visited, and time spent on each page
• Referring site details (such as the URL you came from to reach this site)
• Type of web browser
• Type of operating system
• Flash version, JavaScript support, screen resolution and screen colour depth
• Network location and IP address
• Any personal information you submit to us
• Newsletter: email address and communication language
• Contact form: first name, last name, company name and email address

Don’t blame the messenger! We strongly recommend you read the privacy policies of HubSpot and Google Analytics: we use their tools, so changes to the information their systems collect affect us too.

04What are we doing with the data?

• We collect navigational information to improve your experience of the site. For instance, we like to know which pages are visited most, so we can make them more intuitive and build more of the content our visitors like.
• We use the data you submit to communicate business offers and to engage potential customers in their data-driven journey.
• We may share the information with our partners, to make sure we don’t contact you twice and to coordinate any business proposition so that it is as relevant to you as possible.

05How is your data protected?

• Our CRM is hosted by HubSpot, so we rely on its security measures to protect your data. You can read about them in the HubSpot privacy policy.
• Google Analytics data is hosted by Google. See the Google privacy policy.

06Information about children

Our websites are not intended for, or targeted at, children under 16, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information about children under 16. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a child under 16, please contact us at info@ajalabs.ai, so that we may delete the information.

07We do not sell your data

We will never sell your personal information to any third party. We love our privacy just like you do.

08Customer testimonials

We like our customers to speak about our solutions! Customer testimonials may therefore contain personal information. We obtain each customer’s consent by email before posting their name and testimonial.

09Corporate events

If we are acquired by another company, whether by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or otherwise, that company would receive all the information gathered by AJA Labs. In that event, we will notify you by email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership, in the uses of your personal information, and in the choices you may have about your personal information.

10What can you do to control your data?
