Tower and rooftop leases were scanned PDFs in many formats and languages. A private Gen AI model extracted rents, escalations and renewal dates, with every value linked to its page, so the legal team checked rather than read.
An auto components maker recovers price escalations it never billed
Raw material clauses in customer contracts allowed quarterly price changes. Many were never invoiced. Matching two years of contracts, commodity indices and invoices found the gap, customer by customer.
Checking every rent agreement against what was actually paid
An infrastructure group rents offices, homes and guest houses for its staff. Reading every agreement, recalculating each rent and checking the documents themselves showed where the payments and the paperwork drifted apart.
